Corinne Bonsma shows drawings from her recently published book 'Daily Drawings', A Publication All Images and writings by Corinne Bonsma. The mapping of daily happenings is for Corinne a necessity and an urgency to place things in a certain order which proves her existence. Bonsma gives meaning to this with her drawings and writings. She says: " I draw and write as someone who keeps a diary. Drawing is for me organizing my thoughts and musing about life. I make my drawings from a woman's point-of-view, about what she experiences on a daily basis. This woman will never grow older, because she is drawn. A drawing is a better way of visualizing an atmosphere or surroundings, more then words on paper ".

The drawings of Bouchaib Dihaj investigate the mysterious ways of the human soul. Symmetry and organic shapes are a constant aspect Dihaj's work. A subject in his work is also his search of balance between different forces to which human nature is constantly exposed.

Kim Eun Hyung will show an animation titled 'Fishing in the forest' [00:05:28.) In January 2009, Kim, a young South Korean artist who is living in the Netherlands, met and spoke with a North Korean person for the first time in her life. As a South Korean she is aware of the impact of geo-political relations on personal circumstances. Through encounters with North Korean in the Netherlands she questioned her own point of views and her access to information on the relation in her homeland. Research and collection information from eyewitnesses and personal encounters are the basis of her recent works. For Kim, it is very important to connect personal acts and circumstances within political framework. In her recent work she represents her investigations with drawings, maps, diagrams, videos and films.

The focus in the work of skippers son Kees Touw are his subjects of harbors, locks, rivers, canals and traffic conditions on the water, seen from a helicopter view. His work is not straightforward. Sometimes you recognize the simple forms of waterways and ports. Otherwise, there are chalk drawings that indicate the travels of some years. The pattern of the travels changes every year. Always on the go. …"We are nothing but the beachcombers of our own life, collecting pieces along the sea of oblivion" ... (from 'Paranoia' by W.F. Hermans).
